Telecom expert in network design and customized solutions for 2G, 3G and 4G technologies; designed cellular networks together with advanced solutions for voice over LTE:

·               Improved radio network performance (accessibility, retainability and data speed) for LTE and CDMA in the Columbus, Ohio market (Samsung and Huawei equipment), through network optimizations;

o        Performed interference analysis in the 800 MHz band and 2.5GHz band.

·               Designed MOCN solution for Sprint/Clearwire (shared eNB, based on 3GPP standard V10); verified test instructions, updated Design Requirement Documents and Feature Requirement Documents.

·               Specified the architecture and the solution design for Push-to-talk over LTE (QCHAT over LTE, QoLTE); developed Feature Requirement Documents, Design Requirement Documents, and test instructions for QoLTE (call models based on 3GPP V8-10 for RAN and EPC)

·               Quality assurance of radio network performance; RF network performance analysis and optimization of Telcel UMTS/LTE network in Mexico, introduced new network tools and test equipment. Improved coverage and capacity by adding new sites, by modifying antenna tilts/antenna types, by changing power levels, and modification of neighbor cell list (introduced ANR and load balancing in the network).
